Production Engineer

We are seeking a Production Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Fresno, CA. This role is ideal for an engineering professional with strong 3D CAD, manufacturing documentation, mechanical design, and production support experience. The Production Engineer will prepare detailed 2D and 3D working drawings, bills of materials, assemblies, and manufacturing documentation used to build complex products and equipment. This position works closely with engineering leadership, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to support accurate builds, product improvements, cost reduction, and production efficiency.

• Develop accurate engineering drawings for manufactured products, including components, weldments, assemblies, and production configurations.
• Create and maintain accurate bills of materials, manufacturing documentation, and product revision records.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support successful production builds.
• Evaluate new components, materials, and design options to reduce cost while maintaining product reliability and performance.
• Support implementation of new products, product revisions, hydraulic schematics, electrical schematics, and assembly documentation.
• Resolve documentation, quality, and production support issues while maintaining engineering standards and deadlines.

• Pay range: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour.
