We’re looking for Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team and support impactful nonprofit causes through direct, face-to-face engagement across the Fresno area

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites
  , and public spaces
• Engage with the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
• Clearly and enthusiastically communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
• Help manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to help improve future campaigns
• Participate in team meetings and training on communication, leadership and advocacy strategies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating social impact
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus)
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No experience required — paid training provided!
