The Campus Life Site Director will direct Campus Life ministry at Ahwanee Middle School and Hoover High School. The position requires spiritual and organizational leadership skills, the ability to work with others, and strong communication skills. The Director will build a team embodying YFC’s Cultural Attributes:
Christ-centered, enduring humility, relentless trust, courageous faithfulness, joyful camaraderie, and kingdom inspired diversity. The Director will implement relational ministry actions to develop authentic Christ‑sharing relationships with young people within YFC’s ministry model.

Ministry Team Development (60%)

• Recruit, train, and maintain volunteer ministry leader team in accordance with Knowledge Base processes.
• Create a strong connection between local churches and the ministry site.
• Provide training materials and ministry site standards for ministry leaders.
• Develop healthy 3‑Story teams for each ministry site.
• Establish necessary support and guidelines to ensure healthy and growing ministry at all sites.
• Be an advocate in the community for young people.
• Report progress and ministry updates to YFC.

Relational Ministry Action Development (30%)

• Manage, facilitate, and serve in the Relational Ministry Actions (RMAs).
• Direct the 3‑Story Team at the site to accomplish standards outlined in the RMAs.
• Establish and develop programming materials.
• Train and evaluate ministry site leaders in implementation of curriculum materials.

Fundraising/Faithful Development Activities (5‑10%)

• Connect circles of influence with the vision and ministry of Youth For Christ.
• Reach out to the community to find new ministry partners.

As an associate minister of the Gospel, YFC expects all employees to:

• Participate and lead regular times of prayer, devotion, and worship as a regular aspect of your role.
• Teach and preach from the Holy Bible at staff meetings, conferences, camps, and events.

• Have an opportunity to be commissioned or licensed as a minister of the Gospel through YFC process, and/or ordained by an outside body recognized by YFC USA.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Three years of ministry experience.

All YFC employees are expected to regularly and actively participate in faithful activities that advance the stewardship functions of YFC USA. Activities include—extending invitations to fundraising events, recruiting personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, sending letters, handwritten notes, personal calls, and personally ministering to donor contacts.
