Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Lv1
Job Title:

Occupational Health Nurse - OHN

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00-5:30 PM

The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services, and compliance.

We seek a professional who is licensed to practice in your state of employment or equivalent in other geographies.

  • Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.
  • Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.
  • Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.
  • In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.
  • Assist with occupational health programs.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    • Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
  • Two years of related work experience.
  • Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse or equivalent in other geographies.
    • Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have California LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Must have BLS - Basic Life Support CPR.
