Valley Sleep and Wellness Center (VSWC) is seeking to hire a Part Time
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to assist physicians in delivering primary health care to our patients. VSWC specializes in treating adult and pediatric sleep disorders in the Central San Joaquin Valley.

- Completion of an accredited nursing school
- State Registered Nurse license
- National certification
- 3+ years of professional clinical experience in a clinic setting (preferred)
Candidates should have exceptional people and communication skills, be highly skilled in multitasking in a fast‑paced environment, a commitment to accuracy, and a no‑task‑too‑small approach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients
- Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long‑term medical needs
- Interpret data and order laboratory studies and other diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Review lab and sleep study results, in consultation with the supervising physician
- Submit patient health‑care plans and goals for periodic review by physician
- Refer patients to physicians or specialists for consultation
- Review consultation reports with the supervising physician
- Counsel patients and families on health promotion, diagnosis, prognosis and management options; recommend community resources
- Educate patients and authorized family members about medications and treatment instructions
- Maintain medical record in problem‑oriented format per standard practice
- Triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation
- Provide monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits
- Attend required meetings as requested
- Participate in professional development and maintain professional affiliations
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with Federal and State laws
- Carry out any other job‑related instructions or duties as requested

Salary: $65.45 – $77.00 per hour
