Private Duty Nurse, LPN/LVN
Guardian Angel Home Care in San Jose, CA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for private duty home care. Work Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30 hours/week) providing one-on-one nursing in the patient’s home.
The LVN must hold a California license, maintain BLS/CPR, and be able to work independently while documenting care using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
Start date:
Oct 19, 2026. Competitive hourly pay of $45–$50 based on experience.
