The pay range for this position is $18.50-$32.50 paid hourly, offers will be based on the successful candidate's experience.

Depending on your experience will decipher your eligibility for QA Specialist I II, or III.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST II
-The QA Specialist II will assist with the laboratory performance testing program and provide quality control support
including performing internal audits.

Duties include:

-Assisting the QA Manager in implementation of the laboratory QA/QC Program.
-Performing internal data audits according to an established schedule and providing feedback to department
supervisors for corrective action reports.
-Assist in maintaining the Performance Testing (PT) sample program. This includes scheduling, ordering, evaluating
results, and scheduling repeat samples in order to maintain laboratory certification for all methods to laboratory
certification lists. Preparing corrective action reports for all failed PT results.
-Maintaining quality control acceptance limits and method detection limits including coordination of the limits
stored in LIMS used by the analysts.
-Assisting with Amended Reports.

QA SPECIALIST III

-The QA Specialist II will assist with the laboratory performance testing program and provide quality control support
including performing internal audits.

Duties include:

-Assisting the QA Manager in implementation of the laboratory QA/QC Program.
-Performing internal data audits according to an established schedule and providing feedback to department
supervisors for corrective action reports.
-Assist in maintaining the Performance Testing (PT) sample program. This includes scheduling, ordering, evaluating
results, and scheduling repeat samples in order to maintain laboratory certification for all methods to laboratory
certification lists. Preparing corrective action reports for all failed PT results.
-Maintaining quality control acceptance limits and method detection limits including coordination of the limits

-Assisting with Amended Reports.
The QA Specialist III will assist with the administration of the quality systems for all laboratories in the Company. Duties
will include all the QA Specialist II duties in addition to:
-Review and interpret all new state and TNI requirements and collaborate with teammates for the best
implementation strategy
-Assist with the corrective action process to ensure proper root cause analysis for QC and PT failures and effective
corrective actions
-Assist with automation and improved processes for record tracking.
-Assist with SOP revisions and updates to ensure SOPs reflect current practices.
-Assist with QA Manual updates

Qualifications & Education Requirements

Specialist I:
Minimum associates degree or college classes; 2 years applicable experience; 7 year’s experience can
substitute for degree.
Specialist II:
Minimum bachelor’s degree; 3 Years applicable experience, 9 year’s experience can substitute for degree.
Specialist III:
Minimum bachelor’s degree; 4 Years applicable experience; 10 year’s experience can substitute for degree.
