Overview

Dishwasher / General Utility at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar (Flynn Applebee's). The role focuses on keeping the back of house clean and operating smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You should be a strong communicator and able to work as part of a team while having a positive attitude.

• Keep back of house areas clean and organized to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform job duties with a positive attitude and a focus on teamwork.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

• Compensation:
  Applebee's® Dishwashers start at minimum wage up to $21/hour, plus tips-out.
• Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.
• Daily Pay option available (not available in California).

Must have the ability to remain stationary and perform long periods of movement; lift up to 50 pounds; work in hot and damp environments; use small tools and equipment; wear protective gear and work with cleaning/disinfecting supplies; and maintain hygiene practices throughout the shift.
