CX is a Beautylish, Inc. subsidiary focused on providing logistics services for personal care ecommerce brands. The Fresno fulfillment center is growing, and we’re looking for people to join a collaborative team and create an exceptional customer experience.

The Seasonal Inventory Associates are responsible for processes that ensure inbound shipments are received accurately, inventory transfers are processed efficiently, and backstock is well-organized and maintained during our busiest time of the year. The ideal candidate has high attention to detail, is enthusiastic about keeping things organized, is reliable and process-oriented, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain working knowledge of stocked brands and products
• Track and correctly document inbound inventory shipments
• Receive, inspect, and count incoming inventory
• Assess and document any discrepancies or damages
• Maintain and update inventory and SKU data
• Consistently restock products to pick bins as needed
• Prep and palletize outbound inventory transfers
• Participate in regular cycle counts to audit inventory
• Participate in maintenance and organization of inventory

• Previous inventory experience in an ecommerce warehouse environment
• Impeccable attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
• A positive and helpful attitude
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate positively with supervisors and teammates
• Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
  ; some overtime may be available/required
• Previous experience using a stand-up forklift desired
• Familiarity using Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
• Must be at least 18 years of age

This application is for a Seasonal/Temporary role anticipated to end by mid-December
; there may be opportunities to continue in a permanent capacity. Seasonal Inventory Associates start at $18 per hour
