Position: Key Lead — in-store leadership role focused on delivering a quality customer experience on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales outcomes.

• Starting rate is $19.25 per hour (recruiting pay range $19.25-$19.25 per hour), which may be modified in the future
