ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Account Coordinator assists Account Executives (AEs) and the National Sales Manager with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts. Duties include, but are not limited to, serving as the liaison between Sales, Finance, Production, and Activations departments.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate must be able to handle various strong and dynamic personalities. This demanding position requires working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. We seek someone who can work independently and as part of a team. Important traits include being communicative, resourceful, innovative, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter, review, and revise orders; provide instructions and spots to the Traffic department.
  • Manage preemptions, including:
    • Request inventory updates for Makegood Offers.
    • Research rating point equivalents.
    • Offer Makegoods.
    • Follow up with AE for Makegood approval.
    • Confirm and process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox, and Katz Media Group.
  • Request copy points, logos, images, and prizes from clients for production.
  • Coordinate in-station executions and manage station events and client remotes when needed.
  • Pull revenue, competitive, and historical reports from various sales applications to support the sales team.
  • Enter missing copy and production requests through VCreative.
  • Update sales trackers.
  • Create PowerPoint event recaps for clients after on-site events promptly.
  • Reconcile end-of-month invoices; handle co-op processes, including translations of TV/Radio scripts.
  • Research paperwork for credit memos.
  • Support sales backup as needed.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in tangible or intangible sales preferred.
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Fluent in Spanish (reading and writing).

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,400 + benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The listed salary range reflects the new hire salary across levels and U.S. locations.
