Job Description:
Join us as an Outside Sales Executive at AMERISAN
, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and success throughout our IL based territory. With the autonomy to leverage our proven playbook, you'll tap into a market ripe with opportunities, focusing exclusively on the Food and Beverage Manufacturing and with Processing sectors. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you'll partner with food and beverage processing leaders for our A‑level clients.
Our industry‑best product line drives the enhancement of food safety, improves efficiencies and mitigates risks within the manufacturing and processing sector, and is bolstered by the industry's very best in Client Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand throughout Fresno Valley, CA., leveraging AMERISAN's unique selling proposition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food and Pharma industries, nurturing leads and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide personalized support and solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Utilize market insights to position AMERISAN as a trusted advisor, delivering value‑added services beyond product offerings.
- Identify and implement best practices, processes, and tools.
- Monitor strategies across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success.
- Drive sales growth by promoting AMERISAN's innovative range of products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and develop strategic plans for long‑term success.
- Represent AMERISAN at industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of success in outside sales, preferably within the Food and Beverage processing industries.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and excellent communication skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state of CA.
