Sales and Marketing Team Lead Main Objectives

• Coach, train, and mentor a team of Entry-Level Sales Associates on direct customer engagement and sales techniques.
• Lead by example in the field, actively engaging with clients to model successful AT&T product pre
• sentations and sales closures.
• Drive team sales performance and motivate staff to consistently exceed daily and weekly revenue targets.
• Oversee customer-facing sales operations, ensuring all team members adhere to client compliance and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement strategic territory management plans to maximize market saturation and efficiency across the Fresno region.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and creating action plans for improvement.
• Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new sales talent to support campaign growth.
• Report on team sales metrics, market feedback, and territory performance directly to the Executive Management team.
