Regional Business Director overseeing hematology sales within Genmab's US Oncology organization for the West region (CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, , HI).
Objectiveslead, develop, and execute sales strategies to exceed regional sales targets, while ensuring compliance and fostering team growth.
Responsibilities- manage and develop a team of Oncology Account Managers
- implement customer-specific and value-based selling approaches
- establish relationships with key opinion leaders
- collaborate with alliance partners
- analyze business environment
- develop regional business plans
- bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- minimum 8 years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership
- hematology experience preferred
- proven talent recruitment and team development
- success launching Oncology products
- strategic thinking

- excellent communication
- proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Engage
required by car and plane.
