Role Overview We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and building long-term relationships with business clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Conduct on-site assessments and deliver presentations for uniform rental, facility services, and related programs
- Create tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related fields
- Proven success in exceeding sales goals and managing full sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
