Sales Manager

Borga Steel Buildings & Components seeks an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead our building and component sales teams, strengthen contractor relationships, and drive profitable growth across California, with opportunities to expand into western U.S. markets. Established in 1984, Borga manufactures steel buildings and components and invests in modern manufacturing technology to improve lead times, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Lead, coach, and develop building and component sales team members.
• Grow component sales through new business development, account expansion, and repeat customer relationships.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, pricing, and closing strategies.
• Strengthen contractor relationships and expand market presence throughout California.
• Partner with estimating, engineering, and operations to improve customer service and sales execution.
• Drive accountability, CRM utilization, and consistent sales performance.

• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Background in contractor sales, construction, building materials, metal products, or distribution.
• Strong account development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to work on-site in Fowler and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Annual base salary of $110,000–$120,000.
• Target annual cash compensation of $145,000–$155,000, including performance incentives.
