Infinite Roofing Solutions is a licensed, bonded, and insured C-39 roofing contractor and California’s largest certified Roof Maxx dealer. We specialize in extending the life of existing roofs through environmentally safe roof rejuvenation treatments, backed by full-service roof repair and restoration services. As our company grows, we’re looking for experienced roofing professionals who are ready to build a long-term, stable career—not just another short-term job.

We are seeking a Senior Roofing Technician to join our Roof Maxx division. This is a year-round, salaried position with growth opportunities. You’ll perform technical Roof Maxx treatments, roof inspections, and minor repairs while delivering top-tier customer service to our residential and commercial clients. This role is perfect for a roofer, carpenter, or general tradesperson who has worked on roofing crews and is looking to step into a leadership-oriented role with stability, benefits, and career potential.

• Perform Roof Maxx applications following certified standards
• Conduct roof inspections, diagnose issues, and complete minor repairs
• Assist with occasional full-roof projects or leak calls as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers, explain findings, and provide clear recommendations
• Drive company vehicle to job sites across Fresno, Clovis, and the greater Central Valley
• Complete daily reports, take photos, and document work using our company CRM

• 2+ years of roofing experience (installation, repairs, inspections) OR strong background in carpentry or general trades with roofing knowledge
• Clean and valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be comfortable on roofs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills — you’ll be the face of our company at many jobs
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time and responsibilities independently
