Bear State Construction Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Remodeler to join our growing team in Fresno, CA. • Lead and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-budget completion
• Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and finish work across residential and commercial projects
• Supervise and mentor crew members, subcontractors, and apprentices on job sites
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues directly with project managers and clients

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial remodeling
• Proven experience leading a crew or managing job sites independently
• Proficiency in carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, and general finish work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
