Resident Services Coordinator
Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation
Part‑time. 20 hours per week.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
The Resident Services Coordinator is a motivated and compassionate self‑starter who builds professional relationships, delivers educational and community‑building programs for residents, and coordinates with third‑party service providers.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Support the needs of low‑income individuals and families.
- Deliver educational workshops to residents.
- Coordinate and provide resident social activities.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Connect residents to resources that bridge social and economic barriers.
- Report program outcomes to the Rainbow Resident Services Division.
- Maintain the Resource Center in a clean, presentable condition.
- Welcome new youth residents, explain the resident services program, and assist those enrolling in the Youth Enrichment Program.
- Identify and assess youth needs, inform parents of available resources, and support access to services.
- Plan, implement, promote, and administer youth activities and programs.
- Provide quality customer service and ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment within the youth program.
- Organize and oversee all volunteers for the Youth Enrichment Program.
- Employment experience in education or social services.
- Education in social services or teaching.
- Reliable transportation; live within 25 miles of the target ZIP code.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and customer‑service orientation.
- Creative self‑starter, result‑oriented, and resourceful.
- Background and drug test clearance.
- Enthusiasm for working with people and diverse populations.
- Ability to build relationships with community partners and resources.
$25 per hour.
