The Social Worker assesses and evaluates members’ needs and guides families toward resources to support health and well-being.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Requires MSW, CA driver’s license, and experience in care management; crisis intervention training is a plus.
