Responsibilities- Build and maintain software systems that help us modernize, evaluate, improve, and standardize the way schools view, interpret and respond to data.
- Work with and be proficient with most of the following technologies:
Google Cloud Platform, Docker, GIT, Git Lab CI/CD, Go, Zapier, Python, Flask/Django, Type Script, Vue.js, Notion API, SQL, Unix systems, Postman API. - Maintain our technical documentation in Notion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized data-driven solutions to address partner-specific challenges and promote student achievement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing regular updates to leadership and adjusting approaches as needed.
- Stay informed of current trends and best practices in educational technology and software development in relation to data analytics, sharing knowledge with the team and partners to drive continuous improvement.
- Automate data extraction and reporting to ensure data is safe, secure and scalable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the education software development for the EdTech industry, with a focus on innovation and data analysis reporting automation.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong proficiency with the following programs:
Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Git, Git Lab CI/CD, Zapier, Go, Python, Flask/Django, Type Script, Vue.js, Notion API, SQL, Unix systems, Postman API. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

The expected range of pay for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Our Hiring Manager can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.
