Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly
• Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations
• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment
• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
