Station Operation Specialist

We’re looking for a Site Operations Specialist to join our team — someone detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly every day.

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure efficient inbound, outbound, and sorting processes.
• Track order progress and handle exceptions to ensure on‑time performance.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze site operation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support labor scheduling, shift planning, and resource allocation for warehouse teams.
• Assist in developing and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate cross‑functionally with dispatch, warehouse, customer service, and HR teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and provide insights for management review.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives from HQ operations team.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations coordination preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.); familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and multilingual environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
