Warehouse Associate

Complete Quality is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations as independent contractors (1099). Responsibilities include loading and unloading freight, sorting and organizing products, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Load and unload merchandise, boxes, pallets, and freight.
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Work independently and cooperate with warehouse personnel as needed.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes and generally do not receive employee benefits or payroll tax withholding. The actual working relationship must meet applicable federal and state classification requirements; labeling a position as 1099 does not by itself establish independent contractor status.
