* in 100% mit Deutsch und mindestens einer zweiten Landessprache (Französisch oder Italienisch). Hauptaufgabe ist die telefonische Kundenbetreuung, inklusive Identifikation der Kunden und Unterstützung bei der Migration auf die neue E-Banking-Anwendung.
Du solltest zweisprachig, kommunikationsstark und freundlich im Umgang mit Menschen sein, sowie sicher am Computer arbeiten.
