After Sales & Claims Specialist

As an After Sales & Claims Specialist (m/f/d), you independently handle complaints and claims, coordinating solutions with internal and external partners.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Technical or commercial training as well as experience in customer service, internal sales, quality management, or claim management
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or complaint management
• Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Analytical skills and enjoyment of root cause analysis
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
• Very good German and good French skills;
  English skills are an advantage
