Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in French and English at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, with two French-taught courses in Microeconomics at the Bachelor’s level.
  • Develop and supervise research in applied microeconomics. Preferred areas include labour economics, health economics, education economics, competition, personnel economics, or innovation economics.
  • Supervise theses at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate (Ph.D.) in economics or a related field.
  • Excellent research record in applied microeconomics.
  • Strong teaching skills and the ability to supervise theses at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.
  • Fluency in French is required; knowledge of German (oral level B1) is expected. If not fluent in French, proficiency must be acquired within two years of taking up the position.
Appointment and Conditions

The position includes one 100% doctoral assistant. The University offers attractive working conditions and a competitive salary. The position is open rank in accordance with University statutes.
