Bcomp is the leading solutions provider for natural fibre reinforcements in high-performance applications from race to space.

The company started as a garage project in 2011 with a mission to create lightweight yet high-performance skis. The bCores were launched and successfully adopted by some of the biggest names in freeride skiing. The founders, materials science PhDs from EPFL, used flax fibres to reinforce the balsa cores and improve shear stiffness. Impressed by the excellent mechanical properties of flax fibres, the development to create sustainable light weighting solutions for the wider mobility markets started.

Today, Bcomp is a leader in natural fibre composites for sustainable light weighting. Our solutions are found from sports and motorsports to automotive interiors, luxury sailing yachts, bridges and satellite panels.

We believe in providing solutions, combining product performance with deep engineering knowledge, marketing communications and customer support all the way from idea to final product.

Main tasks and responsabilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of roles, from intake and job posting to sourcing, screening, first HR interviews, coordination, references and offer preparation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and selection criteria, challenge requirements, support decision-making and provide clear candidate recommendations.
• Source candidates through various channels, schools, ORP/RAV etc..
• Own the ATS and candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate data, timely communication, consistent follow-up, reliable recruitment reporting and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, sourcing channels, candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
• Act as an approachable first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR-related services, questions and support.
• Coordinate and contribute to selected HR projects and initiatives, including onboarding, Training & Learning, process improvement and other employee-related initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager, HR Operations Specialist and HR Apprentice to ensure smooth coordination across recruitment and the employee lifecycle.
• Handle standard HR topics independently and escalated sensitive or complex employee-relations matters when appropriate.

Your profile :

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, including first-round HR interviews.
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes end to end, First HR interviews and partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience in an industrial, technology, scale-up or international environment.
• Swiss HR Certificate or another recognised HR / Recruitment certification.
• Fluent in French & English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable working independently with managers and candidates.
• Proactive, pragmatic and service-oriented, with strong confidentiality and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
