Bechtle recherche un(e) ICT Service Manager à Fribourg. Votre rôle consiste à garantir la qualité et la performance des services IT tout en coordonnant les équipes de support. Vous aurez la responsabilité de suivre les incidents, ainsi que de contribuer à l'amélioration continue à l'aide de Jira et des pratiques Agile.
Avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de services IT, vous maîtrisez les pratiques ITIL et avez un bon niveau d'anglais. Ce poste offre 6 semaines de vacances par an et des formations professionnelles via l'Académie Bechtle.
