Darest Consulting Services recherche un Agent IT Helpdesk motivé pour assurer un support technique de qualité auprès des utilisateurs. Vous diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents, et suivre les tickets afin de garantir la satisfaction et le bon fonctionnement des services IT.
Vous maîtrisez les processus ITIL et Jira, avec une certification ITIL obligatoire, et une formation technique. Le poste requiert le français et un niveau allemand B2 minimum, avec autonomie et sens du service.
