MGI Consultants recherche deux techniciens support informatique de proximité pour un site à Fribourg. Vous assurez le support des postes, périphériques et applications et vous coordonnez les incidents avec les équipes centrales en environnement multi-utilisateurs.
Vous travaillez en autonomie, respectez les processus ITIL et contribuez au renouvellement et à la continuité du service. Maîtrise du français exigée et expérience Jira souhaitée.
