MGI Consultants recherche deux techniciens support informatique de proximité pour un client en Suisse romande, sur le site de Fribourg. Vous serez l interlocuteur informatique de proximité et travaillerez en autonomie, en lien avec les équipes centrales et les autres techniciens.
Vos missions couvrent le support des postes de travail et périphériques, la gestion des incidents via Jira et l application ITIL, le renouvellement du parc et le suivi des équipements.
