MGI Consultants recherche deux Techniciens support informatique de proximité à Fribourg pour un site en Suisse romande. Poste en plein temps, autonome sur le périmètre et en liaison avec les équipes centrales et les autres techniciens.
Vous assurez le support utilisateurs, traitez les incidents dans Jira selon ITIL et participez au renouvellement des postes, garantissant la continuité du service sur le site. Maîtrise du français exigée et expérience en helpdesk souhaitée.
