As “Master Production Scheduler”, you are accountable for the development and execution of all or a designated part of the Site’s long‑term Master Supply Plan (0‑24 months) and short‑term Master Production Schedule (0‑13 weeks) covering all site’s critical manufacturing resources (VSM’s). In addition, you are operationally accountable for delivering improving business and operational performance (Customer Delivery, Inventory Optimization, Productivity, and supporting Profit and Revenue growth).

Responsibilities
  • Development and approval of the cross‑functionally aligned Master Supply Plan for all site bottleneck resources. Chair and facilitate regular Master Scheduling/MPS reviews with key stakeholders (Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Experience) to confirm feasibility, priorities, and actions
  • Development and approval of the Master Production Schedule covering all site’s critical/bottleneck manufacturing resources
  • Own and ensure that the relevant ERP planning master data is regularly updated and accurately reflects supply capability and lead‑time
  • Report out on Operational Planning KPI performance and develop root cause analysis as well as corrective actions
  • Help build out the Supply Review step of the Site’s S&OP process; provide insights, analysis and recommendations to help resolve customer availability issues and operational constraints
  • Serve as the site focal point for Planning & Supply Chain continuous improvement, leading cross‑functional initiatives to enhance planning processes, reporting/analytics, master data quality, and KPI performance (delivery, inventory, productivity)
  • Lead what‑if scenario planning and recovery planning for capacity/material constraints, including allocation recommendations and escalation of risks to customer commitments
Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or any related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within an industrial environment, preferably in aerospace, defense or any other related industry
  • Previous Master Production Scheduling experience within other organizations, with focus on master data management and both short term scheduling and long‑term rough‑cut capacity planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and ability to multi‑task
  • Ability to work independently and strong prioritization skills, in order to meet deadlines
  • Decision making skills, ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and experience in change management
  • Experience of working within ERP (SAP preferred) as well as Supply Chain Planning software tools and proficient with MSOffice and PowerBI
  • Fluent in both French and English
