Le Service des bâtiments SBat cherche un concierge expérimenté pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs au sein du complexe du Fribourg. Vous serez référent technique pour l’entretien du bâtiment et des utilisateurs, et vous coordonnerez les travaux avec le personnel et les prestataires externes.
Vous veillerez à l’entretien courant, à la gestion des installations CVCS et à la sécurité du site, avec des interventions possibles en dehors des heures normales (nuit, week-ends, jours fériés).
