Das Hochbauamt Freiburg sucht eine/n Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt zur unbefristeten Anstellung im 80–100%-Pensum. Als technische Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie mit Auftragnehmern und Nutzern, betreuen den Unterhalt der Gebäude und der Umgebung und organisieren Reinigungsdienste.
Sie führen Kontrollen der HLKS-Systeme durch, übernehmen einfache Reparaturen und überwachen Zugangssicherheit, Abfallentsorgung und Gebäudeschutz.
