Responsibilities Communication Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the communication plan
• Adapt key messages for different audiences and monitor impact

Digital Communication & Web Presence

• Manage website and newsletters; ensure content is up-to-date
• Oversee social media and create multimedia content

Event Organization & Communication

• Plan and coordinate events, including logistics and partners
• Promote events and handle post‑event follow‑up

Communication Materials

• Draft and translate texts; oversee design of brochures and visuals
• Maintain templates and digital communication assets

Internal & External Liaison

• Serve as main contact for communication‑related inquiries
• Coordinate with university services and support strategic documents

Desired Profile

• Degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or scientific background with relevant experience
• Proven experience in digital communication and event organization
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English; good command of German and/or French
• Familiarity with CMS, social media management, and analytics tools
• Design skills (for example Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video/photo editing
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work independently
