Die ideale Kandidatin hat einen Master oder Bachelor in Sozialarbeit und Erfahrung im Bereich der Tagesbetreuungseinrichtungen. Sie muss sowohl Deutsch als auch Französisch fließend beherrschen und ein Interesse am Kinderschutz mitbringen.
