Estimator / Project Manager – Waterproofing

Fridley, MN | Direct Hire | $90,000–$120,000 + Bonus

Konik is partnering with one of the nation’s leading waterproofing and restoration contractors to add an Estimator/Project Manager to their New Work Division. This company is recognized as a trusted partner to architects, engineers, and general contractors across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. • Prepare detailed estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals for waterproofing projects
• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
• Review drawings and specifications to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff within a 2–3 hour project radius
• Maintain strong communication with clients, superintendents, and project stakeholders
• Track progress, resolve issues, and prepare accurate project documentation and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 years in waterproofing or restoration
• Proven ability to estimate and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Proficiency with blueprints, technical documents, and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Base Salary + annual and corporate bonus potential
