Position Summary: The Marketing Content Specialist creates and manages high-quality video and photography content that promotes Totino-Grace High School. This role combines creative production skills with strategic storytelling to strengthen brand awareness, engage audiences, and share the school’s Lasallian mission. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and passionate about creating meaningful visual content that connects with students, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities Plan and Produce Visual Content
  • Plan, film, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal communications.
  • Capture and edit photography for events, portraits, and marketing materials.
  • Create short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
  • Add graphics, captions, and other visual elements that align with the school’s brand identity.
Publish and Collaborate
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to schedule and post content.
  • Partner with Admissions, Advancement, Academic, Co-Curricular, and Mission teams to ensure consistent messaging and quality across all platforms.
  • Maintain a content calendar to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare materials for use in digital and print channels such as websites, newsletters, and brochures.
Brand and Performance
  • Ensure all visuals and messages reflect Totino-Grace’s brand standards.
  • Analyze content performance to understand audience engagement and improve future content.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, digital tools, and creative production techniques.
