The role partners with project leadership and frontline teams to cut waste, improve safety, and streamline workflow. Travel to various project sites is required, with rotations and multi‑week stays.
The candidate will facilitate Kaizen events, implement 5S and standardized work, and help build efficient, repeatable processes as the business scales.
