Transformation House in Fridley, MN is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC‑T for our men’s residential program. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide individual sessions, and lead group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold an MN LADC or ADC‑T permit, pass a DHS background check, and have EMR experience (Procentive preferred). Strong computer skills and required training hours are expected.
