In this role, you will be working with the Global Facilities Construction, Engineering, Design and Real Estate Group  you a passionate, dedicated, and motivated project management mind looking for a new challenge? As a Project Coordinator, you will manage a variety of projects to deliver on key business strategies and initiatives.

• Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process
• Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
• Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
• Gathers and compiles information for reports, power point presentations
• Provides technical support, which may includes trouble shooting system issues and driving to resolution
• Support the automated project intake process
• Creating, tracking, and trouble shooting purchase orders

6+ years of Project Coordination/Administrative experience

• Experience working with all levels in an organization
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Planisware, general software applications
• Experience with Ariba, Planisware

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$62,400.00 - $93,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.

Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
