Allina Health’s Mercy Hospital Unity Campus seeks a Nursing Assistant for the Unity Nursing Float Pool. Working in a 12-hour day/night schedule, you will support multiple units, provide patient care, monitor vitals, and assist with transfers and admissions as directed by RNs.
You will participate in a 0.9 FTE role (72 hours per two weeks) with weekend rotation every 3rd and union contract SEIU-4-Mercy Service Workers-SMC, ensuring quality care and safety across shifts.
