Are you looking for a hands‑on, seasonal job in a fast‑paced environment? Hilltop Camper & RV is hiring a RV Detail Manager to keep our RVs looking their best and maintain the overall appearance of our lot. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and has an eye for detail.
We’re looking for someone who…- Is detail-oriented and takes pride in the work of their team.
- Enjoys leading and motivating their staff.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Is comfortable using cleaning tools and light maintenance equipment.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Train and manage all detail staff.
- Ensure units are ready on time.
- Stay on schedule and properly manage workload, including sales, display, and service units.
- Communicate any supply and staffing needs with the supervising manager.
- Clean and detail RV interiors and exteriors to ensure they are showroom-ready.
- Wash and apply product protect ant to RV exteriors.
- Clean and sanitize RV interiors.
- Perform light lot maintenance, including keeping the dealership grounds neat and organized.
- Assist with moving RVs on the lot as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Previous experience in detailing, cleaning, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning and maintenance procedures.
