Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping them with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready.

You will also assist members with loading their vehicles to support a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members, notifying delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring products are packaged according to company policies.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise properly, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, processing payments, and using cash registers.
• Maintain carts and carts/flatbeds, organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and keep parking lot clean.
• Comply with company policies, collaborate with managers and coworkers, prioritize assignments, and recommend improvement opportunities.
