Position Summary:
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas of the department and deliver more value to members.
$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

- Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates, and mentor new technicians.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, and point of sale systems.
- Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and engage associates using handheld technology and systems.
- Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to the TBC Lead; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards; report complaints and hazards; complete paperwork and logs; identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions.
- Act as a brand advocate, modeling high‑quality service and products, inspiring others, and supporting a respectful, team‑oriented culture.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
- Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co‑workers; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt and learn from change.

Minimum Qualifications- Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all required trainings and assessments.
- Auto service industry experience.
- Retail experience.
