AHL Healthcare Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to service group homes in Duluth and surrounding areas. You will perform repairs, install appliances and flooring, paint, and handle scheduled maintenance across all properties.
Location:
Fridley, MN and surrounding areas.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with a half-hour lunch; some on-call for emergencies. Compensation: $26.00–$28.00/hour depending on experience.
