This position serves as a trusted partner in advancing Fridley’s commitment to compassionate care. Embedded within the Police Division, you’ll bring clinical expertise to the front lines, working side‑by‑side with patrol officers to de‑escalate crises and provide immediate behavioral health support. This role doesn’t stop there – you’ll coordinate follow‑up care, connect individuals and families to vital resources, and lead proactive outreach to address mental health, addiction, homelessness, and chemical health challenges.
