This position serves as a trusted partner in advancing Fridley’s commitment to compassionate care. Embedded within the Police Division, you’ll bring clinical expertise to the front lines, working side-by-side with patrol officers to de-escalate crises and provide immediate behavioral health support. This role doesn’t stop there - you’ll coordinate follow-up care, connect individuals and families to vital resources, and lead proactive outreach to address mental health, addiction, homelessness, and chemical health challenges.
